Preparation:
Open the pouch at the notch. Unfold bottom. Remove the oxygen absorber from the package. Pour boiling water up to mark as indicated on package. Stir well. Close the zipper and wait 10 minutes. Stir well again. Ready to serve.
Substantial portion. The egg hydrates well. Taste and texture is fine. Bag has measuring marks on the inside. Still have to add salt and pepper to taste; it is not really salty/ savory by itself. Even better: add bacon yourself!
