Homemade sweet banana porridge

Our Toasted Banana Porridge is inspired by French Caribbean cuisine and has become a morning Firepot favorite. We ripen our bananas at home for maximum flavor, then caramelize them in brown sugar and add a layer of freshly squeezed lime juice for a subtle edge. Then we blend rye flakes and raw cacao nibs for extra crunch, before stirring in organic oatmeal for a creamy finish.
