Squash and Sweet Corn Casserole

Creamy vegan stew with pumpkin and corn. Fresh Norwegian ingredients are used primarily. The size is freeze-dried using a patented method developed by Drytech, which preserves the natural taste, smell, appearance, consistency and, last but not least, nutritional value.

Rice (30%), lentils (13%), coconut milk (11%), squash (9.4%), chickpeas, onion, corn (5.6%), bell bell pepper (5.6%), corn starch, canola oil, vegetable broth (salt, glucose syrup, yeast extract, onion, modified starch, maltodextrin, vegetable concentrate, spices, sugar, vinegar extract), garlic, spices, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Preparation Method
Tear off the top of the sachet at the tear mark. Add hot water up to the level mark (3.44 dl). Stir well, close the sachet with the seal and let the dish rest for 8 minutes. The food will stay hot longer if you eat directly from the bag.
