Ingredients
Flour (whole milk, whipped cream (milk), Custard Powder (cornstarch, color E160 (b), flavor) (62%), Toasted Oat Clusters (Oats, sugar, rapeseed oil, Honey) (22%), white sugar, cubed Apple (Acidity regulator, ascorbic acid, citric acid) (3%).

Preparation:
Open the pouch at the notch. Unfold bottom. Remove the oxygen absorber from the packaging. Pour boiling water (160 ml) up to mark as indicated on package. Stir well. Ready to serve.

Natural Ingredients. Everything in the bag is identifiable. Bag has measurement marks on the inside. For 1 person it is a meal, shared between 2 people it is a dessert. Could use more apple in it from me. The crunch is so-so. Tasty, but not special.
