For flavors with added caffeine, we recommend half a packet 15 minutes prior to activity and one packet during activity. The consumption of CLIF BLOKS should always be followed with a sip of water. Caffeinated flavors are not recommended for pregnant women, children, or people who are sensitive to caffeine.
