Adventure Menu Chicken wings on honey and chilli

Excellent flavor, tender and cooked. I heated the wings in a pan.

Looks appetizing when you look in the bag. But tastes foul. Threw away the contents after a few bites. Eaten cold as a snack. The meat smells stale and tastes even more stale. And the taste...I think there is something wrong in the title of this product. Chili: yes!!! Honey: missing? Over the meat and inside the bag is a generous layer of oil, which gets your hands all dirty. Not convenient on the road, because you can't get your hands clean easily. Bones in the meat I find no advantage, because: pack it in, pack it out. So you have to carry it again. But maybe in a different situation and warmed up, who knows... Of the 3 variants (chicken, pork, beef), this one is clearly the least appealing to me. I liked the 'roast beef' variant the best.

Very nice to have something different than the normal outdoor food. The disadvantage is that you take quite a lot of weight with you and you also have quite a lot of residual material from the bones (which you generally have to take with you on your further hike). Note: with the flameless heater the dish did not get really hot on me, probably because it is not a real moist mass that can be 'cooked' with the flameless heater.
