The Coffeebrewer - how does it work?
The Coffeebrewer is best described as a single-use cafetière. Inside the pouch is a filter containing 26 grams of freshly ground premium coffee. To make three cups of delicious coffee, simply open the pouch, pour in a 1⁄2 liter of hot water, and let it brew for 5-8 minutes.

The Coffeebrewer can be seen as a cross between an ordinary coffee maker and a cafetière. The Coffeebrewer's design results in perfect extraction, as the volume of the bag allows for optimal contact between hot water and coffee. Thus, the aroma is fully extracted from the ground coffee and comes to its full potential. The filter is designed to retain all the natural oils and flavors of the coffee. So: a much richer taste!
Perfect contact between hot water and ground coffee
In the filter, the ground coffee is effectively separated from the freshly brewed coffee. When you have poured out the first11⁄2 cup of coffee, the coffee brewing process stops. This means that the coffee does not become bitter even over time, like in a cafetière.

All our coffee comes from coffee producers who produce under their own name, or cooperatives. This means that each coffee has its own unique taste and aroma. The coffee beans are roasted slowly, in small portions, in our own small coffee roaster.
