Beef Jerky owes its unique flavor to an old secret recipe. What we can reveal is that the meat is cut into narrow strips, marinated with selected spices and then slowly dried. From 200 g of beef, 100 g of delicious Beef Jerky is made.
By the way: the high protein content (44%) and the low fat content (3%) make Jack Link's Beef Jerky a perfect snack for in between meals. For after exercise or just for on the go.

Tender. Sweet, too. Unfortunately: really way too hot. Hot, hot, hot. Lasts a long time. This brand also has beef jerkey bars of this flavor. I already knew those. Those bars are also hot, but not in a way that you burn your mouth.... Too bad. Maybe they shot out the chili with this bag?
