We have no problems when it comes to our Barbecue Pulled Pork. Each pork shoulder is generously coated with a homemade spice rub, smoked and then slow cooked for 15 hours. As it cooks, the flavors of the smoky-sweet spices, the oak wood and the meat blend together until the pork flakes off the bone. With a generous helping of pickled red onions for extra spice, this is a sweet, spicy, lake-like dish - perfect for an evening around the campfire.
